Signing in

Use the same email or Google account you signed up with. Forgot your password? Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link.

Membership and access

Golden Ticket Trades is a members' room. New accounts are approved by our team. Memberships are set up on our website, not in the app. If your access hasn't opened yet, email us from the address you signed up with.

Live rooms

• Can't hear the room? Check your phone isn't on silent and turn the volume up, then tap Reconnect audio.
• Microphone not working when you're on stage? In the iPhone app, allow it in Settings > Golden Ticket > Microphone. On the web, allow it in your browser's site settings.

Safety

You can block or report any member from their message or profile. Reports go straight to our moderators. To review members you've blocked, open Settings > Account.

Deleting your account

Open Settings > Account > Delete account. This removes your profile, messages and journal. Records we must keep for accounting are kept without your name or contact details. See our Privacy Policy for details.
