After you pay

Access opens automatically as soon as checkout finishes, and a Monthly trial’s 14 days start then. Check out with the account you signed up with. If the app still shows as locked a few minutes after paying, email goldentickettrades@gmail.com with the email you signed up with and it'll be sorted.

Before you start

How does the free trial work?
The 14-day free trial is on Monthly, for first-time members. You add a card at checkout and nothing is charged for 14 days. The app reminds you 3 days before the trial ends. Cancel in Settings → Billing before day 15 and you won't be charged; otherwise Monthly starts at $300 a month. Yearly and Lifetime are charged at checkout.
When does my access open?
As soon as checkout finishes. Access is switched on automatically when the payment system confirms your checkout, and a Monthly trial's 14 days start then.
How do I cancel?
In the app, go to Settings → Billing → Manage billing and cancel in the Stripe billing portal, or email goldentickettrades@gmail.com and we'll cancel it for you. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are generally non-refundable because access starts straight away. If you were charged by mistake, charged after you cancelled, or charged twice, email us within 30 days and we'll refund the charge. Lifetime is non-refundable once access is granted.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars, plus any tax that applies.
